Christmas 2013 in the books

Another incredibly special year in the books.
Feel so blessed by the family and friends that surround us.
Thankful to get to be a mommy, wife, friend, sister, and daughter.
Merry Christmas 2013

Nutcracker 2013

So proud of all the hard work these little dancers have put in.  Our studio paired with the Evansville Children's Center for Dance to host the Nutcraker in Washington.  Our students were able to be extras and experience being part of a big production.

Ayla was a mother ginger dancer and a gumdrop

Leah was a butterfly and a gumdrop

I love our annual tradition of decorating gingerbread houses
And I love those smiles even more.

Christmas Show

These little dancers sure are growing.  I was proud of how well every one did at the Christmas Show.
Our studio is growing so fast we have had to move to a different location, plus split times with the older classes.  Very happy for the growth this year!

New House + Lots of snow

Don't be thrown off from the title.  We got a new house AND a lot of snow in one fail swoop.

The kids & pets have adjusted well.  I feel like I'm in a dream!

More on the house later.  Just a few sweet pictures to document.

Happy Thanksgiving

It appears Abe was having a good turkey day.  He's about the only thing I got a picture of.  Good thing he's so cute.  My little guy all gussied up.

Halloween 2013

This Halloween was full of fun.  As you can see above.
Our family (with our awesome small group) posed as super heros to serve candy to our community at trunk or treat.

If you ask others, we may have had a little too much fun.

If you ask me,it was awesome!

For family Halloween we were a little bit of Oz.

My Ayla wanted to be a "good witch".  I ran with it and quickly she became Glynda the good.  It fits her sweet personality to a T.   We had a great time visiting family.

Little Leah was Dorothy.  Her curious nature also fit my little babe.  She was happy skipping around all eve consuming as many suckers as possible!

For little dude's second Halloween he was the cowardly lion. He was wicked cute with fuzzy hood on.  I could eat him up.  I feel like he is just growing so quickly I can't keep up!
