Ok. First off, I did NOT take this picture. Lots of you were asking questions about the type of dog we were getting. We put a deposit down on a litter of Goldendoodle pups. They are not due til April. But, we are really, Really hoping for a red one. :) They are precious pups. We are very excited. Most of all, I am excited to tell the girls, but it is too early for them. I would have to explain every day why we can't get our dog. Its a bday gift for them so we'll just wait. But, Jeff and I talk about it every night. We are so excited!

Playgroup Valentine's

This is the only good picture I got of these gals since this mama was running around baking cookies, cleaning, cutting flowers (thanks Jeff), and getting everything set up. Once our pals got here we had a blast.

My big girl is growing up so fast and is really starting to change. She is smart, really into learning.

This little one just turned 22mo today (insert sad face/mixed emotion)

We love baby Aniston, too. She's a tiny precious girl. Leah loves to hang with her. I can't believe they are only 1 yr apart. Next year I have a feeling they will be up to mischief together :)

My Valentine. We have not had enough time for each other lately. Unfortunately, he has been chillin' with the kids alone lately. Sorry, babe. Sunday we got out by ourselves on the town. It was so nice to shop, eat, laugh and talk without changing diapers and shushing a fight. :) Thanks babe. I needed it. Oh- plus sushi & auntie ann's my faves!

Today Ayla and I put together her Valentine's to her friends. We got these cute little watercolor sets and personalized them up. I love how they turned out. :) Ayla signed them herself. I was one proud Mama. They weren't perfect, and I had to fight my OCD from not "fixing" them. But, it was adorable. Up until last week, she almost didn't have any interest in even tracing her letters. Now she is very into it. She is getting so excited about going to school in the fall :) My baby...

We have been doing some Valentine's day crafts lately. My girls sure love to paint, color, draw, play dough.. you name it. And you would think we would do it more in the winter. But, actually when the winter "funk" sets in... its a funk! I forget how much fun it is makes time pass. You all will have to remind me this during the last month of winter-dom. Ahhh... spring is so close!

The sunshine coming in the windows has been amazing! Its a little decieving bc baby, its cold outside! My heart was warm watching these 2 little girls dancing in the glow of the sun and shadows on the floor. I love my babies~!

For those of you who know me, I love stripes. I paint them often. And don't get sick of the "look". I kept coming across these rooms online by designers of entryway stripes. Since I don't have an entryway I took over my Mom's. I think it turned out awesome. Me and my mom make a great team :) Now, I am just jealous that it isn't MY house! ha

Today I made smoothies for breakfast. I dreamed about it. Yesterday I went to Walmart just to buy a blender (and lots of groceries). Any suggestions on recipes?

Super Bowl 45. Had some friends over. It was nice and low key. Ate way too much, and way too bad. Oh well. We will start fresh tomorrow. :) You like my jersey? hehe I bought it in college, just for funsies. Probably at GoodWill. I couldn't believe it still fit. And yes, I know Favre doesn't play for GB anymore. That is what makes it even cooler...
