My amazing mother ran in her first official triathalon today.I have new found respect for these women.
I know many of them were from Washington and I am so proud of every one of them.
They swam 400 meters.
They biked 9 miles!
Then after all of that... they ran 3 miles.
She got 49 out of 260 women! Wowza.
3rd in her age group!
I feel so blessed to have such a strong mom.
Congrats Mom!

Wow! I'd be proud of her, too. That's so amazing. I couldn't have done all of that even before I had kids!! I just saw your swimming pics--why do water pictures make me sooooo happy?:) I think because summer is here! Maybe one of these days we can hit a pool together..
That's awesome! I was there watching Jodi Knepp, she's my personal trainer! My goal is to do it next year =)
