You all are very special to me. I truely felt uplifted from all the words of encouragement I recieved. Emails, Phone calls, Comments... it all surrounded me and helped me realized I am not alone. And they haven't stopped since I posted. Thank you again for everthing. It was all so helpful. I am sure I will get through this thanks to all of you...

Hey Courtney. It looks like you were able to get a lot of useful information! One thing I tried when I wanted to get my milk supply up, is Fenugreek. I got it at GNC. It seemed to help. Takes about 5 days to kick in. That and drinking a ton of water. When you feel like your water logged, try drinking some more :)
I kind of stopped last weekend. I really struggled with it and was going to stop earlier but just couldn't. It's still a constant battle of "I'm a bad mom" and all that jazz, but with being on the road for work all day and then going straight to volleyball, I just couldn't do it. Wanted to, but I couldn't. And remember, ANYTHING you can give your little baby girl is better than nothing at all.
